TIGIT
TIGIT，即T細胞免疫球蛋白和ITIM結構域蛋白，別名WUCAM、Vstm3、VSIG9。TIGIT由人類TIGIT基因編碼，該基因位于3號染色體的q13.33區(qū)域。TIGIT是一種抑制性受體，屬于Ig超家族，具有細胞外的免疫球蛋白結構域、I型跨膜結構、胞內的免疫受體酪氨酸抑制/激活基序（ITIM/ITAM）。TIGIT的作用機制涉及與CD155等配體的結合，通過胞內ITIM基序傳遞抑制信號，減少T細胞和NK細胞的激活和增殖，降低細胞因子的產生。TIGIT在調節(jié)T細胞和NK細胞的免疫反應中起著重要作用，特別是在腫瘤微環(huán)境中，TIGIT的高表達與免疫抑制和腫瘤逃逸相關。TIGIT阻斷劑在不同腫瘤模型中顯示出治療潛力，是癌癥治療的新靶點。
