GBA1
GBA1，即溶酶體酸性β-葡糖腦苷脂酶，是一種在人體細胞中廣泛分布的酶，尤其在神經(jīng)元和巨噬細胞中表達豐富。其結(jié)構(gòu)包含多個功能域，共同協(xié)作催化葡糖腦苷脂的水解，從而維持細胞內(nèi)外葡萄糖和腦苷脂的平衡。GBA1不僅參與脂質(zhì)代謝，對細胞膜的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能以及細胞內(nèi)的信號傳導(dǎo)起到關(guān)鍵作用，還與神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的正常功能緊密相連。其功能的異常可能導(dǎo)致神經(jīng)退行性疾病如高雪氏癥等的發(fā)生。此外，GBA1與磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶信號通路、自噬過程和炎癥反應(yīng)等細胞內(nèi)的多個信號通路密切相關(guān)，共同調(diào)控細胞的生長、增殖、凋亡以及免疫應(yīng)答等生理過程。
