BAFF
BAFF（B細(xì)胞激活因子）是一種由髓系細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的細(xì)胞因子，屬于腫瘤壞死因子家族，對(duì)B細(xì)胞的存活、增殖、抗原呈遞以及類別轉(zhuǎn)換重組起著至關(guān)重要的作用。它通過與三種受體（TNFRSF13B/TACI、TNFRSF17/BCMA、TNFRSF13C/BAFFR）結(jié)合，激活多種信號(hào)通路，包括NF-κB、MAPK（絲裂原活化蛋白激酶）和PI3K/AKT等，這些信號(hào)通路在B細(xì)胞的生物學(xué)過程以及免疫調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮著重要作用。然而，BAFF的過度產(chǎn)生和激活也可能導(dǎo)致自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)生。因此，對(duì)BAFF的結(jié)構(gòu)功能及其參與的信號(hào)通路的深入研究，對(duì)于理解其在免疫系統(tǒng)中的作用機(jī)制以及開發(fā)相關(guān)疾病的治療方法具有重要意義。

Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized TNFSF13B at 10 μg/ml can bind human BCMA (CSB-MP023974HU1), the EC50 of human TNFSF13B protein is 221.3-298.6 ng/ml.
Human TNFSF13B protein Fc tag (CSB-MP897523HU1) captured on COOH chip can bind Human BCMA protein Fc tag (CSB-MP023974HU1) with an affinity constant of 39 nM as detected by LSPR Assay.
Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized TNFSF13B at 2 μg/ml can bind TNFRSF13C(CSB-MP853495HU1), the EC50 is 9.943-15.72 ng/ml.
The purity of TNFSF13B was greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC
