產品評價: CSB-E08365m檢測不同濃度的戊酸給給藥后的LLC培養(yǎng)上清液以及細胞勻漿液的5HT含量,標準曲線的OD值為:4000-0.08,2000-0.15,1000-0.17,500-0.43,250-0.87,0-1.01,樣品OD值為0.19~0.67,陰性對照是0.99左右,產品快速便捷,操作簡單,重復性較好,但是貌似沒有對細胞樣品的處理指南。陰性對照是水(0.9900,0.9142,0.9521),樣品則為0.19~0.67;標曲的0濃度吸光值為(1.0943,1.0101)。
